Enjoy free delivery within 15 miles of our location. Beyond 15 miles, it's just $4 per mile. Delivery fees are determined after booking.

A: Soft Play provides a safe, clean, and imaginative environment for children aged 0-5 to play freely, encouraging exploration and independence.

A: Yes, children must have supervision from someone aged 18 or older.

A: Of course! Weather permitting, we'll set up outdoors for events. In summer, please ensure shaded areas for the soft play equipment to prevent overheating. We prioritize children's safety by avoiding uneven surfaces and only setting up on clean grass or solid areas.

A: We will accept any request for changes that are made at least 48 hours in advance. All orders or service changes must be placed in writing via email to avoid any confusion. We can not guarantee your request of change/services but will do our best.

A: To ensure safety, we will not set up outdoors if rain is forecasted. Please have an indoor location as a backup plan.
If indoors is not an option, you may consider rescheduling your event within a three (3) month timeframe. Rest assured your initial payment will carry over to your rescheduled event.

A: Deposits are non-refundable upon booking, and all other payments are non-refundable within three (3) days of your event.
All services may be canceled no later than 3 days before the event. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed and will be available for use for up to six (6) months from the day of cancellation.

A: Yes, to prioritize the safety of the children and maintain the quality of our equipment. For a comprehensive list of our rules, please refer our Rules tab on our website.

A: We will arrive at least one (1) hour prior to your event start time to begin set up. Delivery time will be arranged 24 hours prior to event day. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (stairs, lack of parking, etc.), please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

A: Delivery is free within 15 miles of our location. Delivery charge of $4/mi will be added for every mile outside of the 15 miles. Please message or email us if you would like a delivery quote.

A: If you damage our rental equipment:
Ensure safety first.
Contact us to report the damage.
Document it with photos.
Return the equipment.
We'll assess and discuss any charges.
